Pear Leaves.

Well, after the last two rants... I decided I just needed to show you a pretty picture.

We don't get much fall color here, everything goes pretty much from green to brown, with an occasional forray into yellow. But the ornamental Ambassador and Emporer Pears at least look kind of interesting on the way....

These are just some leaves I found on my morning walk around the block... I spread them out on the scanner. They're kind of cool, individually, but a whole tree full of them just looks ill... Anyway, I'll take it as I find it...

  1. You are so funny! They are really pretty leaves...but seems a whole tree of them would be lovely as well!

I get hooked on that ball game on my blog too!!! I have learned a few more tricks and have been doing better! It is mildly addictive!

  2. Dear Claude, the leaf looks really interesting! I loved the blue rose too which you have shown in your previous post. I agree with you on your point in multi level marketing programmes. Here too we have a number of these things going on and the pattern of presentation is almost the same as you have described. As a Doctor myself i know very well that these things are a hyped lot and nothing is achieved by their use or consumption. Still people fall prey to these international gimmicks!! Too sad.

  4. The word verification app has chosen "rantere" for me. You think it's picking up on something here? Well, I see I should have squelched my rant (comment) about doctors on your last post. I just never can predict when something I say might offend. Anyway, the strange leaves are worth the price of admission into this discussion. Claude, you are the master of irony. My blood feels better already.
