When I started out driving today, it was raining.

This turned into freezing rain.

This is not fun to drive in.

But the ice on the cactus is kind of nice.









Not the best pics... it was still raining and still cold out there, so I didn't stay too long...

    Don't worry Ashraf... some species are very winter hardy. Most won't take it, but the ones outside have been out there for years, and they've gotten much colder...

    Very nice. I don't know which is more startling--your icicles or snow on cactus that happens now and then in northeast Phoenix!
